Stayed at hotel singh palace in the month of June. Excellent location of the hotel. hotel was comfortable and clean with friendly staff awesome hospitality and great interior.wifi is free with great speed.i will definitely come back to hotel and recommend to my friends.

Scammed - charged twice (which appeared on purpose)

Absolute scam.. Charged twice, being told one eftpos machine wasn’t working and then made to use another, only to find we were billed twice. Hotel tried to offer credit after not receiving any replies for weeks.. as opposed to a refund, then stopped communicating. Cannot believe it.

Terrible experience faced with family stay. Their room has a very sharp smell, that got me a bad headache. Ordered food from room service, they served hot food in onetime plastic container, those are definitely not food grade. Also served onion in a polythene bag. That's horrible.

I have stayed at this property in 2018 and came back in 2022 in the same hotel. Staff is the best. Always make me feel very looked after and safe. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Wifi is good, in room service is good, location is amazing. Owner is very friendly!! They have good parking with attendants too. I recommend this property in New Delhi. You will not have to worry about anything!
